4-H Project Record Books

All Martin County 4-H Livestock Exhibitors are required to submit a Project Record Book. This year we have given the option to complete this digitally or physically. It is acceptable to complete only the Livestock Project Record Books. If you would like your Project Record Book to be eligible for judging at the state level, the Official 4-H Record Book must be submitted. All 4-H exhibitors are only required to complete one project record book. All livestock record books are listed under their species above.

Official 4-H Project Record Books

Official 4-H Record Books will now be completed in Kaleidoscope. This is a new system created by NC 4-H!

Kaleidoscope

If you would like a paper record book for your personal use only they are listed below:

*All cloverbud and livestock project record books are printable and fillable PDFs. Physical copies will be given on tag-in day if physical copies were selected on the livestock show application. Copies can also be picked up at the Martin County Cooperative Extension office. Please contact Katie Harris if you did not specify that your 4-H’er would like to receive a physical copy or need other arrangements to receive project record books.
